New Fridge in the Casa

Toby and I went to Fort Wayne and bought a new "glass-front fridge" for the Casa to store the IBC and Jones' Soda we will be selling in the very near future. I just wanted to show you all a picture of it and let you know we went ahead and bought the fridge which cost $170.00! We are going to be selling the IBC and Jones' soda for either $.75 a bottle or $1.00 a bottle depending on what you guys think. The cost of the IBC was $9.00 for 24 bottles. The money we make on the pop will help offset the cost of the fridge. Let me know whether you think we should sell them for $.75 or $1.00 apiece. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and I look foward to seeing all of you at the Youth Worker's Christmas Party!

our graphics people are working on a design as I blog. Iy will be a basic shirt so everyone will feel comfortable wearing it anywhere. It will read Casa Di Espresso on the front...with an old style percalator coffee pot for the "I" in Di. "The Real deal" will be over the top of Casa Di Espresso and "We're Not Messin' Around" will be beneath, seperated by a straight bar. I'll keep you posted on the progress.

I agree on the proce of soda. I strongly believe that we should be selling it at $1 a bottle. That is very cpmparable to the other local reatailers of coffee in this area, let alone the gas stations. Worry not about deadly diseases to be caught from the IBC. I have tested two bottles in attempt to control the quality of our product. It passed my inspection, and in order to keep the quality in good order, I plan on doing random and surprise inspections on the IBC soda. The temp isn't "Ice Cold", but it;s the next best thing. We don't want to freeze the user friendly, smooth, "make-u-happy" soft drink.
