The Game Room

Well, I have put in all of the Cove Base and the Transitions between the carpet. We are now waiting for the furniture to get done so we can pick it up and put it together. We will have a party on a some night for the teens to come and help put it together! I think it is coming together well and I am excited to get the furniture in and start thinking about TV's and Video game systems as well as an air hockey table. Please pray that we will make wised decisions and that God will bless this room for His purposes. Thanks for all the time and effort you have put into it.

Hello Everyone! Here is a picture of the future game room upstairs. I put in the carpet last Friday and I think it looks pretty cool. I am planning on ordering the furniture this week but the fabric we want for the couches is temporarily out of stock, so we will have to wait for that to come in. I am also planning on going to Menards today to get the molding and transition strips to finish up the flooring! After we get the furniture in and put together we need to decide about the TV's and video games.

I would like to have a YWT meeting this month to discuss some of these issues as well as a recap of the Beach Party this year. I am going to schedule our meeting for March 20th at 7 PM in the CASA Di Espresso! I would like as many people there as possible so we can vote on some things and move forward with the game room and other ministries at FOCUS Factor Ministries! Feel free to blog about the "Game Room", "Beach party" and anything else that you are thinking about.
