Is the Blog site working?
I start out this post with a question! I have not gotten much feedback on this site as I once hoped for. I am not sure if it is too hard to make a comment (since I have heard some of you are having technical difficulties) or if this is just not they way to communicate. I started this site to take the place of our monthly, then quarterly, meetings because it was difficult to get everybody together. I need to have a platform, so to speak, where I can share my visions, ask questions and get suggestions as a youth pastor and the YWT is where I turn to. If this is not working then we can try something else, but I am not sure what is going to work. I know I see some of you on a regular basis, though not for meetings :), and others I don't see at all. I again feel like I am not communicating enough about upcoming events, my dreams and vision for the future and things we need to work on. Is there another venue that will work better? Thanks for all the time that you all give and may the LORD be uplifted through our efforts.

I think this a great idea for communicating to your youth worker team. I think I'm going to try something like this with our group in the fall.
Remember that even though you may not get a lot of response, which is what I know you are looking for, you are still able to communicate your heart, your passsion and your vision for your youth group through this platform. That is very valuable and I am sure your leaders value that as well.
Keep sharing and trusting that the right people are reading it and that their hearts are starting to burn more and more for your group as you share.
