Well, everyone it is that time of year. The weather is starting to warm up and we are getting ready to have our Seniors graduate from high school. First, I want to thank everyone for their hard work this school year. We added a few new Youth Workers this year and they did a very good job. I am looking forward to seeing some more new faces next year and hopefully adding to our team. My goal is to meet with every youth worker over the summer and evaluate what they thought of the last school year helping out. Again, I want to give everyone an opportunity to maybe do a ministry inside of FOCUS Factor Ministries that would fit their gifts better. I am not in anway saying someone did a bad job this last year, I just constantly want to make sure everyone is fitting where they need to be. Please help me out by setting up a time to meet with me. We can meet over dinner or lunch or any other time that my wife and I have free. I just want to take some time to debrief and see what we can do better and what we are doing good. I know of lives that have been changed over the last year and I am encouraged to continue fighting the good fight and I pray that you would as well. Please post your comments as you see fit. Thanks again for everything that you do. The game room is moving along and we are just waiting on King Oberlin to put in the TV's. Thanks.

Speaking on the behalf of the Casa Di Espresso...It has been a very prifitable year! We didn't make a dime, and in fact we may have gone in the red a wee bit with supplies and new purchases, but that was never the reason for the coffee house. People came in and chilled before, after, and sometimes even during the Wednesday nights as well as Sundays. It has been used for a ladies Tue. night Bible studies, movie screening, super bowl parties, New Year's Eve Party, Sun. afternoon football, and many other events too numerous to mention or remember. The Casa Di Espresso has a couple of volunteers that have come forward allowing me to take a break every now and again, and the teens love hangin out. Every adult that walks through there for the first time walks away with an expression of awe and wonder of what creative people with vision and ambition can accomplish...KUDOS to you Karolyn, Wendy, Robin M, Sue, Joel, Dave, and whomever else that I am forgetting that got the room off the ground and running in forward motion. If I have glazed over your name, I humbly ask you to forgive me! I look forward to having another prosperous year of relationships and specialty drinks. Long live coffee!
Joel,
I'd be glad to meet with you &
Karolyn over lunch some time in the coming weeks. Re: using our gifts. I do best when gaps (needs)are first identified, then opportunities are presented to YWT members so we can plug those gaps with our gifts, after discussions with you. Does that make sense?
Take care all...
