Here is a couch that I found online that costs around $460.00 after shipping and everything. I am going to look into it a little more and actually call the people who do this and see what the deal is. This seems very cheap and I am hesitantly excited about it. Let me know what you think about it and then I will call and find out if this is for real or not. My only question is that on the shipping page it looks as if the couch comes in three pieces which I want no part of because I cannot imagine how a couch comes in pieces. I will call them and find out for sure before we do anything. I figured even if everything does work out will only buy one first to see how it looks and if we like it, we would order the rest. How many couches and love seats do you think we should get for the game room if we are going to have an Air Hockey table for sure and some other things? We should probably come up with some kind of lay-out before we purchase things for the walls and also the furniture so we know what we are doing.

I also want to take some time and thank Wendy for all that she has done recently in the game room. She has been putting verses up on the walls in some awesome fonts and it looks really awesome. Make sure you take some time to look at the room and thank Wendy for all she has done. They look great Wendy!!! Again, we are ready for carpet and furniture, then after that we need to put up some wall art. I was thinking to "Man up the room" a little bit we should get some posters (nicely framed) of like X-Box game shots of football and golf and snowboarding and stuff like that. I know that won't happen until we get the furniture and carpet, but it will happen. We also need to decide what to purchase game wise in the room. Let me know any ideas you have for the room, but remember we cannot please everyone and it is very subjective. My only hope is that this room will bring teens into the FOCUS Factor Ministries where they can run into Jesus and others who care about them. Here are some more pictures. Also, Karolyn and I are going to go to Home Depot on Thursday Night and look at the carpet samples again. We are going to be making a decision on the carpet in the next few days so if you have any opinions speak now or forever hold your peace. After we order the carpet it will probably be a month before it gets put in and ready to go, that is why I want to make a decision ASAP! So, let me know what you think.

WOW, it looks fantastic!! The scripture is great! Thanks Wendy! You rock. The kids were telling us how much they liked it already. It just keeps getting better and better.
The sofas look great too. You can't beat the price. It is not unusual to order a sofa and have to put it together. So don't sweat that part Joel. It is a good idea to purchase one and try it out. I say do it.
Also, Karolyn, you rock too!!! Thanks for all of your hard work!
Mucho gratsi! Wendy and Karolyn. Thank you Wendy for the many hours that you have put into the room. Karolyn, thank you for being there to help Joel with a great deal of the big purchases and transpo of all the new goods. You are both very creative and we are priveleged to have you two as part of the team. Thank you for the immensity of time you donate to make the place shine.
On the couches. Go for it, and let me know how I may help. A scetch of how you want the finished room to look would be an excellent idea, so that we have a roadmap by which to drive forward. Thank you, Joel, for all the time that you devote to these very consuming projects.
I like the couch, if it works out that will be awesome. I like the big poster idea also. I think it would be cool to add decorations that have to do with the kids too. For example, if someone were to break let's say a swim time record or something (or win a trophy or other award). I'm still thinking out the logistics, like, do we write it in one of the circles? Make a new circle? A picture? So many possibilities.I'm not sure yet, maybe the idea won't fly, but it's something to think about.
