Our Checking and Savings Accounts

OK, I think I have come up with a solution to help out with our money issue (that being that our checking account always looks like it has a lot of money in it even if it has been earmarked for something else)! We have two accounts for FOCUS Factor Ministries, one is our checking account, which up to this point has been our main account, and our savings accoutn, which has had $276.oo in it ever since I arrived here three years ago. Do you think it is a good idea to transfer all money that is not designated into our savings account every month so that is our actual "unused" money and leave the money in our checking account that is designated for things? I thought about doing it the other way around, but then when we went to write the checks we would be transfering money all the time. I figured this way our money would be split up and when people look at our accounts we would be able to tell them an exact amount that we don't have designated yet. This would mean we need to estimate how much things cost before we get them and make sure it is in the checking account. If you have any other suggestions let me know. I've already talked this through with Norm and he said it would be a good idea. Let me know and then we'll do it. Norm and Michelle said I could get electronic access to our two accounts so I can transfer money between them fairly easily. I will do this once I get approval from the YWT. Colors of Sectionals and pillows

Well, these are the colors that we are probably going to pick for the furniture in the new Game Room. The couches will be in the plain black fabric and the pillows and Ottomans will be in the pink, orange and blue colors as accents! We are not sure exactely how many we are purchasing yet, but after a few people have given their input we are probalby going to get sectionals instead of couches and loveseats to save room and make more seating. If anyone would like to know what the room is going to be set up like you can talk with me and I will show you what the plan is right now. We are open to new opinions and will choose the best option we have. Nothing has been done yet, but we are in the brainstorming stages. I orded the green carpet squares today and will order the black as soon as we have money our credit card enough to pay for them. As soon as the carpet is in, we will order the furniture and get that set up. After the furniture is in we will get the TV's and game systems up there and running. After the Games are running we will finish it off with some wall stuff. I think this is the best route of action for completing the room, if you think otherwise let me know. Thanks again for all the hard work that everyone has put in. I think this room will draw a lot of people here and will get them to come early and stay late so we can continue to build relationships.
